WDCA State Tournament of Champions VSS Results - 2003-2004

The Wisconsin Debate Coaches Association held its annual State Tournament of Champions on December 12-13, 2003 at Wausau West High School. There were 32 teams from 13 schools in the Varsity Switch-Sides division and the tournament broke to octafinals after five preliminary rounds. It took a 3-2 record to clear.
